Refund Policy

At FX Sync by Ezy Journey, we strive to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of reliability and accuracy. Because our product grants immediate access to live automated market telemetry, API endpoints, and real-time webhook executions, our refund policies are strictly structured as follows:
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your active monthly subscription (350 THB/month) at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to FX Sync Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.
2. Non-Refundable Nature
All executed billing cycles for our digital subscription products are considered final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or for accidental, un-canceled subscription renewals.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered strictly under the following mandatory conditions:
- Duplicate charges resulting from an internal payment gateway anomaly or error.
- Significant extended downtime (greater than 72 continuous hours) directly caused by our internal systems resulting in total loss of service utility.
4. How to Request an Exception
To evaluate an exceptional refund claim, please contact us immediately at ezyjourney7@gmail.com with your Account UID and billing invoice within 7 days of the charge.
